My first Airbnb transformation was a 27-foot vessel, the stay that taught me what I've built on ever since: the most unusual spaces make the most unforgettable stays. I create Airbnb spaces that stop the scroll, earn the booking, and deliver the kind of experience guests rave about in their reviews. Thoughtful touches that make guests feel connected to the city they're exploring, local art, curated neighborhood guides, and details that spark excitement and a sense of discovery, every decision is made with your guest's experience and your bottom line in mind. Because when people feel truly comfortable, inspired, and like they've landed somewhere genuinely special, they don't just leave five stars, they call their friends and tell them to book it next.
THE PINK BATEAU
Built to Be Experienced. Designed to Be Shared

In the short-term rental world, design isn't decoration, it's your marketing. A space that stops people mid-scroll, that makes them reach for their phone before they've even put down their bag, is a space that books itself.

The Pink Bateau is one of those stays. A 43-foot pink boat transformed into a destination experience, it lives on guests' social feeds long after checkout, because when the concept is this bold, the design has to match.
Every detail either adds to the story or dilutes it. There's no in-between.
The interior commits fully: bold color and pattern that earns its place, hand-painted walls that give guests something to talk about, hex tile running through the galley like a thread of personality, statement wallpaper in the captain's quarters that feels modern and fun, and one perfectly placed pop of high-gloss pink in the bathroom that ties it all together.

And above it all, a black and white striped canopy shades a top deck dining table for eight because the best stays don't just give guests a place to sleep, they give them a reason to gather.

When you go big on the concept, you have to go big on the interior. That's not a risk. That's the strategy.

THE KISMET
Where the Idea Set Sail
Every idea has a starting point. Mine was 27 feet long and floating. This was my first nautical transformation, the boat where I learned what a stay on the water could be before the Pink Bateau existed.
No template, no room to waste, which turned out to be the best design education I could ask for: when a space is this compact, nothing decorative survives, and every choice has to do real work.
So the design ran on restraint. Warm wood and crisp white open the cabin up; real nautical details, brass portholes, a ship's ladder, a framed portrait of Captain Stubing from the Love Boat, I kept it authentic; a vintage record player and a small, well-edited bar give guests a ritual worth remembering.
The lesson I've carried ever since: limits don't shrink an idea, they sharpen it.
